    I read this book in one sitting. It's all the helpful information minus all the padding out it would take to make it onto the shelf. Lots of tips on diet and exercise without telling you what to eat and how many reps to do. I'd recommend this to anyone who is new to fitness or has been trying to get in shape for longer.
